Read the Polish register entry
EMA links to the Polish register of medicinal products, the starting point for confirming a presentation. Search by generic name and check the brand, strength, dosage form and product information. A listing for one semaglutide medicine says nothing about every oral or injectable formulation. Ask the pharmacist to name the registered product they would dispense to you.
Tell a local prescription apart from online advertising
An online clinic should name the clinician who assesses you and the pharmacy responsible for supply. Ask how your medical history will be reviewed and how important information reaches your usual healthcare team. A promise of guaranteed approval is no substitute for an assessment. Find out whether the advertised price covers the consultation alone or the medicine and ongoing follow-up too.
Check documents before you travel to collect
If you plan a pharmacy visit from another country, confirm in advance the pharmacy will accept your prescription and has the prescribed presentation. A translated screenshot may not be enough. If you need a new consultation, give your dose history, last dose and any previous problems. Buying extra stock to take home brings in your own country's quantity and import rules, so check them independently.
Compare prices like for like
Compare the same strength, number of doses and treatment length, and add consultation, dispensing, delivery and travel costs. A cheaper box may be a different presentation or hold a different quantity. Ask about storage on the way home and what support you get if a problem arises after you leave Poland. Keep receipts and original packaging so your supply record stays clear.
Before you buy in Poland
Check the current entry in the Polish register before you buy. Confirm the exact product and indication for Mounjaro, Wegovy injection, Wegovy tablets or Foundayo. Approval, prescription, payment, stock and personal import permission are separate decisions in Poland.
- Ask a Polish clinician which product is right for you and whether your treatment history is enough for an assessment.
- Get the total cost of consultations, dispensing and delivery before you commit to ongoing treatment.
- Keep the labelled packaging, the prescription and the dispensing record. Show the pharmacist any damaged parcel or uncertain storage before using the medicine.

Your own medicine leaflet and prescriber come first. A source from another country does not mean the same rule applies in the UK.
